SBEM Calculations

Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) calculations are required for all new non-residential buildings to comply with Building Regulations Approved Document L2A

SAP Calculations

SAP calculations are necessary for residential new build projects, in order to demonstrate compliance with Part L1a of Building Regulations.

Legionella Risk Assessments

The HSE Approved Code of Practice (L8) advises that ‘organisations or individuals’, who provide residential / commercial accommodation or who are responsible for the water system(s) in their premises, are required to ensure that the risk of exposure to legionella in those premises is properly controlled.
